We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Your card is charged when your items ship, not at the moment you place the order.

If part of your order is backordered, you are not charged for those items until they ship.

Sales tax is applied only to orders with a California billing address. Orders billed to any other state are not charged sales tax.

Processing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods this can take a little longer.

Transit time after your order ships:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days
• Canada: 7 to 14 business days
• International: 10 to 21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase required.

We ship with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Any expedited shipping options available for your address are shown at checkout with their cost and estimated delivery.

Expedited service speeds up transit, not processing. Carriers also do not move expedited packages on weekends or holidays, so an order placed late in the week may not arrive sooner than a standard order.

Yes. After your order ships, expect 7 to 14 business days to Canada and 10 to 21 business days to other international destinations, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs delays are outside our control and are not included in those estimates. Any duties or import fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders are sometimes split across more than one package so that the items we have ready can reach you sooner.

If something in your order is backordered, we send you a notification with an estimated delivery date, and that item ships separately when it is available. You are not charged for a backordered item until it ships.

When your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link to follow the package with the carrier.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive the email. If your order was split into more than one package, you receive a tracking number for each.

If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] with your order number.

Carriers occasionally scan a package as delivered before it is actually dropped off, and packages are often left somewhere out of sight.

Before contacting us, please:

• Check every entrance, the porch, the garage, the mailbox, and behind planters or furniture
• Ask other people in your household or building whether they brought it in
• Check with immediate neighbors, since a misdelivery next door is common
• Wait 24 hours, since some packages are scanned early and arrive the next day

If it still has not turned up, email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and get it resolved.

Once a package is with the carrier, its handling is in their hands, but we do not want you left without the order you paid for.

Email [email protected] with your order number and, if the box arrived damaged, photos of the packaging and the items. We will file the claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Please report damage as soon as you notice it. Carrier claims have deadlines, and keeping the original box and packing material helps.

We are sorry. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you received, including the label on the packaging.

We will send the correct item and cover return shipping on the one that arrived by mistake. You are never charged for our error.

Email [email protected] with your order number and photos showing the problem, plus a photo of the care label sewn into the item.

The care label carries the batch information we use to check the production run, which helps us resolve your case faster and catch the issue for other customers.

Once we have reviewed the photos we will arrange a replacement or a refund. A damaged or defective item is never subject to a restocking fee.

You can return unopened items within 30 days of the date your order shipped.

• Condition: items must be unopened and in brand-new condition, never washed or used, in their original packaging
• Return shipping: $12, deducted from your refund. We email you a prepaid return label so you do not have to pay the carrier
• Restocking fee: none, unless the item comes back in a condition we cannot resell, in which case a 15% restocking fee applies
• Final sale: clearance items, and anything discounted 50% or more, cannot be returned

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled separately. We cover return shipping on those, and they are never charged a restocking fee.

You will need your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Choose the items you are returning and the reason, and we will email you a prepaid return label.

Return shipping is $12. We take it out of your refund, so there is nothing to pay the carrier. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and you are not charged the $12.

Pack the items in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop the parcel off with the carrier. Your refund is issued after the returned items are received and inspected.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

After we release the refund, your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it to your statement.

If the returned items are not in resellable condition, a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

Clearance items, and any item discounted by 50% or more, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items that have been opened, washed, or used cannot be returned either. If an item comes back in a condition we cannot resell, a 15% restocking fee is applied to the refund.

Most Pure Fiber robes come in two sizes, S/M and L/XL, and each style is cut to its fabric. Lighter weaves drape closer to the body, while terry and sherpa run oversized for warmth.

• Organic Cotton Knitted Kimono Robe: S/M fits US sizes 2 to 12, L/XL fits US 14 to 20. Total length 47 inches in S/M and 49 inches in L/XL. Size up for more coverage or a longer length.
• Turkish Cotton Terry Pleated Bathrobe: S/M fits a 38 to 42 inch bust, L/XL fits 42 to 48 inches. Overall length 47 and 49 inches.
• Cloud Soft Sherpa Fleece Robe: intentionally oversized. Size down for a more fitted look, or stay true to size for the full cozy effect. Overall length 45 and 47 inches.
• Soluna Double-Side Muslin/Terry Shawl Robe: S/M fits a 48 to 50 inch bust or hip, L/XL fits 52 to 54 inches.
• Seaside Serenity Stripe Hooded Short Robe: same 48 to 50 and 52 to 54 inch bust or hip range, above-knee length.

The Plush Velour Robe is the exception and runs S through XL: S fits US 4 to 6, M fits 8 to 10, L fits 12 to 14, XL fits 14 to 16.

Full measurement charts are on our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Bamboo loungewear and sleepwear run S through XL, sized against these US references:

• Tops and dresses: S fits US 2 to 4, M fits 6 to 8, L fits 10 to 12, XL fits 14
• Two-piece sets and joggers: S fits US 0 to 4, M fits 6 to 8, L fits 10, XL fits 12 to 14

Bamboo fabric has a soft, fluid drape and a slight stretch. If you are between sizes, size down for a more fitted look or stay true to size for a relaxed feel.

Every style has its own measurement chart, including chest, waist, hip, and inseam, on our Size Guide under Loungewear.

Our bamboo viscose fitted sheets have a 17 inch pocket and fit mattresses up to 17 inches deep, which covers most standard and pillow-top mattresses. If your mattress is deeper than 17 inches, check the pocket depth before ordering.

Each sheet set includes a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and two pillowcases.

• Queen: fitted 80 x 60 inches plus 17 inch pocket, flat 102 x 90 inches, pillowcases 30 x 20 inches
• King: fitted 80 x 78 inches plus 17 inch pocket, flat 106 x 104 inches, pillowcases 40 x 20 inches
• California King: fitted 72 x 84 inches plus 17 inch pocket, flat 108 x 102 inches, pillowcases 40 x 21 inches

Pillowcase tip: standard pillowcases fit pillows up to 20 x 26 inches, and king pillowcases fit pillows up to 20 x 36 inches. When in doubt, size up. A slightly oversized pillowcase looks better than one that is too tight.

Each duvet cover set includes the cover and two shams, and fits a standard insert in the matching size.

• Queen: cover 90 x 90 inches, shams 26 x 20 inches, fits a Queen insert
• King: cover 106 x 90 inches, shams 36 x 20 inches, fits a King insert
• California King: cover 108 x 90 inches, shams 36 x 20 inches, fits a Cal-King insert

Every cover has interior corner ties and a hidden button closure, so your comforter stays where you put it instead of bunching or shifting overnight.

Our striped bamboo throw comes in one size, 50 x 70 inches, designed to drape over a sofa, a chair, or the end of a bed.

Take your measurements over lightweight clothing or directly against your body, using a flexible tape measure kept parallel to the floor.

• Chest or bust: around the fullest part of your chest, tape horizontal. Do not pull tight, you should be able to fit one finger under the tape.
• Waist: around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso, usually about an inch above your belly button. Stand relaxed and do not suck in.
• Hip: around the fullest part of your hips and seat, tape level all the way around.
• Length: for robe length, measure from the top of your shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to fall, then compare it to the garment length in the size chart.

Bamboo viscose is a gentle fabric. Treat it that way and it gets softer with every wash.

• Machine wash cold on the gentle cycle with like colors
• Tumble dry low, and remove promptly to reduce wrinkles
• Do not bleach. This preserves both fiber integrity and color
• Iron on low if needed. Bamboo viscose responds well to low heat
• Avoid high heat, which can damage bamboo viscose fibers over time

For the Kimono and Chetna organic cotton styles:

• Machine wash cold or warm on the gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low. Organic cotton softens beautifully with washing
• Do not bleach. Use a gentle, color-safe detergent
• Wash separately for the first few washes to prevent color transfer

For Resort Style and terry robes in Turkish cotton:

• Machine wash warm on the gentle cycle
• Tumble dry medium. Turkish cotton gets fluffier with each wash
• Shake the item out before drying to restore loft and softness
• Avoid fabric softener, which reduces the absorbency of Turkish cotton over time

Sherpa fleece needs a light touch to keep its texture:

• Machine wash cold on the gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low. High heat can mat the sherpa texture
• Wash inside out to preserve the texture
• Do not iron and do not dry clean

The hand-knotted fringe on the striped bamboo throw is delicate, so keep the settings low:

• Machine wash on low or delicate
• Line dry, or tumble dry on the lowest setting
• Never use bleach or fabric softener

All Pure Fiber products may show slight color fading on the first wash. This is normal and expected with natural fiber dyes.

Wash dark colors separately for the first one to two washes. Your pieces will look and feel their best after a few washes, since both bamboo viscose and organic cotton soften as they are laundered.
